En Noviembre 28 de 1979 la compañía Aeroejecutivos fue originalmente
creada para atender vuelos Charter de compañías multinacionales, en especial
compañías petroleras.
Atraves de los años, la compañía incremento su operación, y debido a los
problemas de seguridad que la aviación colombiana estaba enfrentando en
1990, sus dueños decidieron cambiar su nombre a "CENTRAL CHARTER DE COLOMBIA
S.A.", y modificaron su objeto social a la atención y administración de
vuelos ejecutivos, desarrollando un nuevo negocio en nuestro país.
Desde 1990, la compañía se encargo de proveer la administración de servicios
a aviones ejecutivos, y es así como hoy CENTRAL CHARTER DE COLOMBIA S.A.
es la única compañía en el país que realiza el servicio de mantenimiento
a equipos Jet livianos en la industria.
En 1995 se inicio el proceso de cambio de la compañía con la construcción
de un terminal de pasajeros, convirtiéndose en la primera compañía privada
en el país en proveer un terminal para la atención de vuelos ejecutivos.
El terminal cuenta con salones V.I.P., facilidades de migración, capacidades
de despacho, y más. Desde el mismo año la compañía cuenta con operación
en el aeropuerto Olaya Herrera de Medellín con un hangar privado y oficinas.
En 1997 se llevo a cabo la inauguración, y se hicieron los tramites correspondientes
para ser reconocidos como F.B.O. y poder así atender vuelos ejecutivos
internacionales que arribaran a Santafé de Bogotá.
Hasta el año 1996, la compañía estaba dedicada básicamente a la administración
de los aviones de algunos de los industriales y grupos financieros más
importantes del país, y desde enero de 1997 el esquema comenzó a ser modificado,
incorporando en nuestra flota aviones Citation, con el objetivo de vender
acciones a diferentes grupos industriales.
En 1997 CENTRAL CHARTER DE COLOMBIA S.A. fue nombrada como Representante
autorizado de Ventas de Cessna Citation en Colombia.
En 1999 CENTRAL CHARTER DE COLOMBIA S.A. fue autorizada por Cessna como
Estación de Servicio de Citation I, II, SII, Bravo y Citation Jet, convirtiéndose
en el único taller en Colombia aprobado por Cessna para trabajar en aviones
Citation.

In November 28, 1979 the Company Aeroejecutivos
was originally created to attend charter flights of multinational Companies,
specially petroleum companies.
Through the Years, the company increased its operation, and because of the
security problems the Colombian aviation was facing in 1990, the owners
decided to change the name to "CENTRAL CHARTER DE COLOMBIA S.A.", and modify
its social objective to the attention and administration of executive flights,
developing a new business in our country.
Since 1990, the company cared to provide the service administration to executive
aircraft, and that is how today CENTRAL CHARTER DE COLOMBIA is the only
company in the country that carries out the maintenance service for light
Jet equipment in the industry.
In 1995 the changing process of the company began with the construction
of a passenger terminal, becoming the first private company in the country
to provide a terminal for the attention of executive flights. The terminal
counts with V.I.P. rooms, migration facilities, dispatch capabilities, and
more. From the same year the company also counts with operation in the Olaya
Herrera airport in the city of Medellín, with a private hangar and offices.
In 1997 the terminal inauguration was held, and the corresponding steps
were taken to become an F.B.O. and attend international executive flights
arriving at Santafé de Bogotá.
Until the year of 1996, the company was dedicated basically to aircraft
administration of some of the most important industrial and financial groups
of the country, and from January 1997 the scheme began to be modified, incorporating
in our fleet Citation Aircraft, with the objective of selling shares to
different industrial groups.
In 1997 CENTRAL CHARTER DE COLOMBIA was named as an Authorized Sales Representative
for Cessna Citation in Colombia.
In 1999 CENTRAL CHARTER DE COLOMBIA was authorized by Cessna as a Citation
I, II, SII, Bravo and Citation Jet Service Station, becoming the only service
facility in Colombia approved by Cessna to work on Citation aircraft |
